Gorgeous and floral aroma
Aroma that spreads in the mouth as well.
Slightly sweet with little bitterness.
Beautiful color. Not completely clear.
Natural color, yet bright.
Junmai Daiginjo, what will happen to it?
More refreshing and gorgeous?
I'd say it's smooth.
It's a little bit of a hard working sake in my opinion.

Tofu steak and sauteed mushrooms and chicken
with a sauce made from amazake, miso and yogurt.
We had a great time!

I'm glad I lightened the seasoning a bit.
