I was under the impression that Yamahai had more or less the same characteristics, but this was different.
It has a fruity aroma, but the aftertaste is firm and spicy.
It is exceptionally delicious for its price!
It has a good flavor and richness.
However, it has a slight sake smell, so those who don't like it may find it delicate.
It may go well with fatty dishes.
So-so
Safe and tasty.
But maybe the restaurant I drank it at wasn't good, or maybe I just didn't get that into it (too many expectations?).
I'd like to try some of the best Zan.
While most of the Asakai's sake are a bit strong and peculiar, this one seems to have extracted only the good parts.
The price is also reasonable and quite good.
I drank it a long time ago, so it's a bit fuzzy, but it was very cosy!
But these days, when I find it sometimes in restaurants, it has become expensive...
I want to buy it when I find it at a liquor store.
