Very dense taste.
It is a taste to be drunk slowly with sake as the main ingredient, rather than to be served with a meal.
It tastes like honey, which is not my favorite flavor, but it is easy to drink because of its sharpness.
Considering the distribution price, it is surprisingly inexpensive and satisfying to drink (a little less than 1,000 yen per bottle).

I was under the impression that Yamahai had more or less the same characteristics, but this was different.
It has a fruity aroma, but the aftertaste is firm and spicy.
