sauce
Fritto of Milt
Slight sweetness and umami after drinking. The sourness that comes later is also there, and it is enough to drink. It goes well with stable and tasty fritto of milt.
sauce
Spanish mackerel and black cabbage tartare style
I like the slightly sour taste of the drink and the unique flavor!
And the lightness of the tartar makes it nice!
sauce
Miura-daikon and Kintoki carrot with mentaiko mayonnaise
I drank it after a long time, but it is easy to drink and delicious as ever. It's good to have Omachi-like taste.
arrow
Cold white liver with medicinal sweet dew.
The dry taste. It is good from the dry feeling of the mouth to the lingering and the texture of the tongue. Combined with the dark taste of the liver, it's unstoppable!
sauce
Sauteed romaine lettuce with lightly salted taste
Yum! Crisp and dry on the palate. I like it.
It goes well with the saltiness of the salty stir-fry!
Shizuoka sake goes well with it!
for
Light coleslaw of purple Chinese cabbage from Miura
The flavor that comes out after the elegant acidity that comes to the fore is Omachi. It is a fine sake. It is just right for the first bottle.
sauce
Stewed cubes of Yamayuri pork
So easy to drink, so dry, so sultry, so good!
It goes well with the dark, tart taste of the Kakuni and the crispy Aziwiga!
salad
dressed red coriander and garland chrysanthemum with sansho leek
My favorite sake. It is dry and has a crisp, dry aftertaste that is irresistibly good! It goes well with Atate's sashimi and is the best.
vegetables
fried new burdock and kikuyuimo (no picture)
Stable Shinsei. Beautiful and easy to drink sake.
The crunchiness of burdock and kikuyuimo goes well with the saltiness of fried bean curd.
sauce
tempura of soft roe
The last drink of the day. It is easy to drink and a little fruity though it is after drinking a lot. It's a good sake with the feeling of sake after drinking. It goes well with the rich albacore.

Comparing "Ginpu" and "Aizan" which use different rice.
You can see the difference when you compare them, but it's hard to verbalize the difference... I prefer "Ginpu" for some reason.
