Our Kaze no Mori is back!
I don't know if this is Bodo yeast, but the recent Kaze no Mori was too bananas strong and uncomfortable, but this one is hard drinking and fizzy. It's my favorite Kaze no Mori. 🌪️
Oh, I'm already a fan of Tsukiyoshino.
Following Hana, Sora is another masterpiece.
Fruit juicy clean body. I love the sharpness of this one.
I'll be there on the third Saturday next month 🏃.
It was made in 2023.12, so it's been laid down for a long time...
The bitterness is rather bitter. The final taste has a strange nuance, though it has the umami of Miyamanishiki.
Rumored reimported sparkling sake.
Locally, it seems to be made by Takara Shuzo in the U.S., but this is manufactured by Takara Shuzo in Japan.
The body is sharp and clean, as is typical of wine yeast. Personally, I think it could be more carbonated.
It's nice to be able to drink sparkling sake in this size, but I hope it's not another 100 yen cheaper...lol!
And I'd like to try the American version 😌.
Bunkajin is interesting, isn't it? It seems very far from the image of Kochi sake.
It has a strong lemon and a hint of yogurt acidity. There are no unpleasant parts at all, and you can drink it all the time. I think there are many people who like it.
