Rumored reimported sparkling sake.
Locally, it seems to be made by Takara Shuzo in the U.S., but this is manufactured by Takara Shuzo in Japan.
The body is sharp and clean, as is typical of wine yeast. Personally, I think it could be more carbonated.
It's nice to be able to drink sparkling sake in this size, but I hope it's not another 100 yen cheaper...lol!
And I'd like to try the American version 😌.
