Aroma and body. I couldn't enjoy my usual favorite pineapple flavor... Zakuインプレッション N純米大吟醸原酒中取り無濾過 oosukaMy first impression was of Masanochi's Nakadori.
I was shocked that this was fire-aged. The flavor was so pleasant that it was gone in an instant.
The 750ml bottle was also a welcome surprise. oosukaOur Kaze no Mori is back!
I don't know if this is Bodo yeast, but the recent Kaze no Mori was too bananas strong and uncomfortable, but this one is hard drinking and fizzy. It's my favorite Kaze no Mori. 🌪️ Buyuアイラブユー 純米吟醸 おりがらみ 生 2024純米吟醸生酒おりがらみ oosukaWaxy metallic-ness from the fruitiness. Nice and pleasant to drink all the way through. oosukaOh, I'm already a fan of Tsukiyoshino.
Following Hana, Sora is another masterpiece.
Fruit juicy clean body. I love the sharpness of this one.

The bitterness is rather bitter. The final taste has a strange nuance, though it has the umami of Miyamanishiki. oosukaMore bitter than I imagined. Not bad, but not pleasant? WAKAZESummerFall classic bubbles発泡 oosukaRumored reimported sparkling sake.
Locally, it seems to be made by Takara Shuzo in the U.S., but this is manufactured by Takara Shuzo in Japan.
The body is sharp and clean, as is typical of wine yeast. Personally, I think it could be more carbonated.
It's nice to be able to drink sparkling sake in this size, but I hope it's not another 100 yen cheaper...lol!

Just the right amount of fancy. oosukaSentori, it really has become delicious.
It has a slight gassy feeling and a heavy body. 亀の海純米吟醸 無濾過生原酒 黄色ラベル純米吟醸原酒生酒無濾過 oosukaTurtle Sea's typical pineapple feel 🍍.
I think this one might be the most flashy in the series. oosukaBunkajin is interesting, isn't it? It seems very far from the image of Kochi sake.
