My first impression was of Masanochi's Nakadori.
I was shocked that this was fire-aged. The flavor was so pleasant that it was gone in an instant.

Our Kaze no Mori is back!
I don't know if this is Bodo yeast, but the recent Kaze no Mori was too bananas strong and uncomfortable, but this one is hard drinking and fizzy. It's my favorite Kaze no Mori. 🌪️

Rumored reimported sparkling sake.
Locally, it seems to be made by Takara Shuzo in the U.S., but this is manufactured by Takara Shuzo in Japan.
The body is sharp and clean, as is typical of wine yeast. Personally, I think it could be more carbonated.
It's nice to be able to drink sparkling sake in this size, but I hope it's not another 100 yen cheaper...lol!
And I'd like to try the American version 😌.
