It's been a long time since I've posted and this is my first Nabeshima. I found it in a liquor store and bought it unexpectedly. I wanted to drink it for a long time. Immediately after opening the bottle, there is a strong sense of gas. The first impression is more of pineapple or pineapple candy. The sake flavor spreads in the mouth afterwards. It's very tasty and well-reviewed.

The pretty pink label on the summery-colored bottle is impressive. There is a white corkage at the bottom, so we take the supernatant first. My first impression is a rummage. It's like a grown-up ramune. The very fine carbonation of the foam makes it tingling. Did it taste slightly sweet? Next, I get a good mix of ori. I was expecting it to be sweet from the image, but I was surprised to find out the opposite is true. The strong flavor and the slight carbonation make me want to drink it in summer. It has an addictive taste and I can't stop drinking it. It's good with something sweet, too.

Celebrate the end of the rainy season! So I was attracted to the "summer" label and got it. It's firm on the palate, but the soft sweetness afterwards is impressive. But it's crisp on the palate and delicious on the rocks. I want to drink it while watching a festival or fireworks, but that's not possible with the current situation. I can't do that nowadays. I drink it in a summer atmosphere with the background music of Animal Crossing (lol).

Yamada Nishiki Morishima, Junmai Ginjo. I don't have a tongue to tell the difference between this and the Omachi Junmai Daiginjo Morishima I drank before, but I feel the gasiness is weaker and this one has more bitterness and sharpness. It's fire-roasted, so the gasiness is weak. The flavor lingers and the cup doesn't stop there. This is very tasty in its own right.

After BEACH SIDE, we have another sake from Shuho Sake Brewery. The aroma is gorgeous, as is the Daiginjo. The mouthfeel is light and crisp. It has a sweet aftertaste and a slight bitterness at the end. It has a clear taste and is very delicious. My wife says it's easy to drink because there's not much alcohol on the first sip, and it's sweet and swishy. I drink it. It's kicky, he said. It tasted similar to BEACH SIDE, but I thought it was more polished and honed. I think. It's a drink you want to drink while savoring it in a relaxed manner.

July means summer. I haven't seen the sun for a while now, but I'm just feeling summer! So, we got a summer-like drink. Sweet and refreshing, but with a robust flavor, tasty and easy to drink, with a hint of acidity that makes it good for eating. Lighter acidity than Icebreaker. I drank it on the rocks. It was lighter and more refreshing and I drank it like water. It was a bit acidic though, so I think I prefer it straight. I need a nice cold drink on a hot day!

Kido again. This time, I decided to make a junmai ginjo. It is delicious as always. The impression at the first sip is wonderful. This one also has a gorgeous aroma, but it's more juicy and limpid as it passes through the mouth. I felt that the balance is still in the soil. The flavor and the spiciness of the throat are more pronounced than those of Junmai Daiginjo, but this gives the impression that it does not interfere with a meal. Of course, you can easily drink it on its own. When it tastes good, I buy it again and again. Next time I'll buy the junmai-shu version.

I found it in a convenience store and bought it on impulse. The high rating on the Salmon Lab channel also helped. It has a faint aroma of cedar barrels. It has a Kikumasamune feel to it, which made it very easy to drink, but I got the impression that it wasn't for beginners. The flavor was strong and very tasty when I drank it at room temperature. It's a blessing to be able to get this at a convenience store for cheap.

It's Shichida's first time. It's a junmai sake, but it had a faintly gorgeous aroma. The mouthfeel was light and sweet as long as it was cold. As the temperature came closer to room temperature, it became spicy, but the Junmai sake flavor and aroma and umami became stronger. It comes. Very tasty. A well-balanced, long-lasting sake with a taste and aroma that changes with changes in temperature. The alcohol content is a little high at 17 degrees. Please drink it with "Nagaragi Mizu" (Japanese peace water) when you have it.

Ice Breaker again. So I'm not going to go into details this time. It's still delicious. Straight or on the rocks, it's solid yet crisp, with acidity and flavor, and does not disappoint. I'd buy it in a bottle if it could fit in the fridge.

Morishima is famous for his stone etiquette. A fruity aroma, along with a sense of bubbling gas. On the first day after opening the bottle, it can be a bit harsh, but it settles down nicely the next day, and the balance between the stimulation and the taste is perfect. It's been taken. It's very good on its own, but the slight bitterness that remains makes you want to pair it with something to eat. I'd like to try the other series of this one.

純米吟醸ではあるけど香りはあまり感じない。ファーストタッチは辛口。通常の記土の純米吟醸のイメージで飲むとビックリする。でもすぐに研いだお米の澄んだ味わいが来て、旨味が広がる。今日は蕎麦と頂いたが、蕎麦の味の邪魔することなく、それぞれとても美味しく感じられた。喉の奥がずっと爽やかな感じで、夏の暑い日にロックで飲むのにちょうどいいかな。

「玉川飲むならこれ飲んどけ」ってのを店員さんに教えてもらった。 28BYとのことで、少し黄色く色づいていた。度数が20度あるので、ファーストタッチは結構辛かったが、温度が上がるにつれて、辛さの向こうに米の旨味が感じられるようになってきた。開栓翌日には味が丸くなり、米の味がすぐ来るようになってきた。どっしりとしていて旨味が強く、食事と合わせても、温めてても美味しい。アイスブレイカーと同じで、この味はクセになる。

酒屋さんに一緒に行った妻のチョイス。ラスト一本を頂きました。濃厚トロトロな桃ジュース。アルコール度数8%なので、ほぼピーチネクター。ロックにしても薄くならないので、デザートにちょうどいい。かなり甘いから長く飲んでられないけど(笑

ジャケ買いその2。メガネ仲間として外す訳にはいかなかった。お米の香りを感じた。イメージではスッキリ爽やかなのかと思いきや、結構辛口な印象。ただ、ピリリときた後に旨味が広がり、食事と共に頂くと止まらなくなる。

以前から気になってた酔鯨。吟醸香はほとんど感じない。辛口かと思ったが、飲み口は意外と柔らかく、喉ごしにアルコール感があるだけで、とても飲みやすい。このキレのよさのお陰か、杯が止まらない。飲み終わった後に残る旨味感が爽やかで、食事中に頂くのにちょうどいい。むしろスイスイ飲んでしまってキケン(笑日々の食卓に添えたい一本。

去年は買いそびれたアイスブレイカー。自粛の影響で手に入れられたのは、不幸中の幸いと言っていいのかな。吟醸香に、以前飲んだ玉川の純米らしい香りがした。スッキリ爽やかキレよく旨味が後を引く。アルコール度数が17〜18なので、結構酔いが回る。辛口フルボディだけど、ロックで飲むと一瞬甘く感じたり、味わいが丸くなる。夏の暑い日に、キンキンに冷やしてロックなり、炭酸水で割ったりして、キューって飲んでみたい。梅雨時期のちょっと肌寒い日に、お燗にしてもいいね。

久しぶりの獺祭。以前と変わらず安定の美味しさ。甘いだけでなく、旨味が飲み終わった後まで続き、満足感が高い。近場で簡単に手に入るからこそ、これまで頻繁には手に取らなかったけど、この安定したクオリティを考えると、やっぱりスゴイお酒だなぁと、改めて感じる。特徴が無いのではなく、これがスタンダードなんだなって思う。旨い酒でした。
