Yamada Nishiki Morishima, Junmai Ginjo.
I don't have a tongue to tell the difference between this and the Omachi Junmai Daiginjo Morishima I drank before, but I feel the gasiness is weaker and this one has more bitterness and sharpness.
It's fire-roasted, so the gasiness is weak. The flavor lingers and the cup doesn't stop there. This is very tasty in its own right.
