Kido again. This time, I decided to make a junmai ginjo.
It is delicious as always. The impression at the first sip is wonderful.
This one also has a gorgeous aroma, but it's more juicy and limpid as it passes through the mouth. I felt that the balance is still in the soil.
The flavor and the spiciness of the throat are more pronounced than those of Junmai Daiginjo, but this gives the impression that it does not interfere with a meal.
Of course, you can easily drink it on its own.
When it tastes good, I buy it again and again.
Next time I'll buy the junmai-shu version.
