Morishima is famous for his stone etiquette.
A fruity aroma, along with a sense of bubbling gas. On the first day after opening the bottle, it can be a bit harsh, but it settles down nicely the next day, and the balance between the stimulation and the taste is perfect. It's been taken.
It's very good on its own, but the slight bitterness that remains makes you want to pair it with something to eat.
I'd like to try the other series of this one.
