This is a brand that I have been interested in for a long time.
The label is lovely. I was wondering why it had a stone on it, but it says, "A cup that throws a stone. I see.
On the first day of opening the bottle, the aroma and taste seemed to be tightly closed, so I couldn't really appreciate it. I thought it was a refreshing sake that would not interfere with a meal. Light and refreshing.
On the second day, it seemed to unwind, and tasted better than the day before. Although it was a very light sake, I could feel the goodness of the raw sake and the strong flavor. I don't drink a lot of sake from Ibaraki Prefecture, but the neighboring Tochigi prefecture, with the figure at the top of the list, had a taste I liked.
It wasn't my favorite, but I'm glad I was able to drink it well over two days.
