When opening the bottle, I was careful to open it slowly, but it spilled a little...
It is a cloudy sparkling wine with a cloudy white color and a temperature of 13 degrees Celsius.
It has a clear, refreshing sweetness and a bitterness in the latter half, with a grapefruit-like flavor. If it were 15 degrees or higher, it would have more of a sake feel, so the fact that it is made at a lower temperature is a perfect choice for drinking on a hot day.
It was perfect to drink with beer followed by teriyaki chicken.
