After that comes an elegant sweetness like honey. The mouthfeel is beautiful, but the flavor is rich. The final taste is a moderate bitterness, followed by a crisp finish. We are happy to finish the year with a delicious sake.

2022/12/23 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Turtle Sea is often found at Sake-no-Wawa. I found a small bottle of 180ml and bought it to try. Fruity aroma like white peach. I thought it would be as sweet as the aroma. But it was quite pungent with a strong umami flavor. My tongue started to tingle, so I decided to try heating it up. The warmed sake tasted even better, with a softer, more pronounced acidity. It warmed me to the core on a cold day.
