I opened the bottle thinking that New Year's Eve should be gorgeous.
The aroma is sweet and gorgeous, like apples.
Very slight fizziness and a tangy pungency.
After that comes an elegant sweetness like honey.
The mouthfeel is beautiful, but the flavor is rich.
The final taste is a moderate bitterness, followed by a crisp finish.
We are happy to finish the year with a delicious sake.
