But it tastes beautiful 😋 If you drink it with something with a strong flavor I thought it might be a little bit too much. The hanpen with mentaiko (cod roe) in between was just right. The gentle and delicate taste was just right. It was unexpected. Yamadanishiki is very good!

I really wanted to try green curry. I opened a bottle of Kijo-zake, which seemed to go well with it! As the bottle-opening warning says, it took 10 minutes to open. When I poured it into a flute glass, there were bubbles like a carbonated beverage. The cage was very energetic and when I opened it, it was on its own. They mixed 😊. I've never had much kijoshu before, but the taste is dry and not too sweet. Not too sweet, dry and goes well with meals! The creamy spiciness and sweetness is a nice pairing! Green Curry Retort 😃 from Aichi Maipenrai. Not too spicy, with a hint of lemongrass and other herbs. It was a great match with sake.

I've always been curious about Shirakiku Sake Brewery. They are working on various interesting initiatives and I can't wait to try any one of them! This is the chimera I got for starters! Three kinds of koji and three kinds of yeast? Is that really how it's supposed to taste? I opened the bottle with half a doubt. I thought it would taste more modern, But when I drank it, I found it had a complex umami taste mixed with a daringly messy taste? It's a mixture of complex umami and a daring miscellaneous taste...amazing! I wondered if this might be..., Could it be that the mixing of various things has brought out the best in each of them and made it a delicious sake? (What the heck is that?) I had longed to try Hanamamu! I've only ever seen one bottle, so I was hesitant to buy it. I took the plunge and bought it 😊. And I've always kind of disliked Omachi 😅. I was so excited when I took the first sip...oh, it's so good! My impression of Oumachi has completely changed ✨. The slight, gentle sweetness continues and it's really easy to drink! It's not too heavy, so it was perfect for during dinner 😋. I think it would pair well with anything, I found some delicious horse mackerel sashimi on sale today 😃. I decided to pair it with it😃. It was a perfect match 😃😃You don't have to choose who you want to pair it with. That's what I'm talking about! I'd love to try the raw sake too but the bottle is too big 😂.

When you drink it, it flows smoothly and refreshingly into your stomach. There is no strong sense of dryness characteristic of dry sake, It is well-balanced with a beautiful minerality. Today, I'd like to enjoy it with seared shime saba (mackerel). Recently, fresh onions have started to appear in supermarkets 😃. I can feel the spring 😊and I buy them unconditionally😊. My little girl's first festival 🎎. So, we celebrated! It's Peach Festival, so it's peaches, right? I got a little excited and made gorgeous chirashizushi✨ I was going to make it myself but decided not to😅 lol Not to mention the sake was delicious 😊. Cute peaches, eat (drink?) them!
