I really wanted to try green curry.
I opened a bottle of Kijo-zake, which seemed to go well with it!
As the bottle-opening warning says, it took 10 minutes to open.
When I poured it into a flute glass, there were bubbles like a carbonated beverage.
The cage was very energetic and when I opened it, it was on its own.
They mixed 😊.
I've never had much kijoshu before, but the taste is dry and not too sweet.
Not too sweet, dry and goes well with meals!
The creamy spiciness and sweetness is a nice pairing!
Green Curry
Retort 😃 from Aichi Maipenrai.
Not too spicy, with a hint of lemongrass and other herbs.
It was a great match with sake.
