Opening the bottle with colorful steamed hibiscus clams! Since this pairing is so special, we luxuriously used this sake for the steamed sake...haha! The kitchen is filled with a nice ginjo aroma! In just a few minutes, my mouth was watering! Ready to eat? Squeeze a little lemon and enjoy the shellfish and sake together! Why do fresh seafood and sake go so well together😊? The taste is stable and robust, perhaps because it is fire-roasted. Yet sweet and pleasantly mellow as it rolls across your tongue😃. Iki Island...I kind of long for an island ✨. I wish I could visit Nagasaki too!
