さいたにToday I went to Matsumoto pass on the Kumano ancient road. The climb was tough... I had a glass of sake for dinner after the climb! The alcohol taste is not so strong and easy to drink. At first I thought it would be sweet, but the aftertaste was surprisingly dry. Accompanied by a Samager Key.

さいたにVery easy to drink. Even my friends who have never had much sake before agreed that it was easy to drink. It is refreshing but has a nice aroma. Accompanying the sake was Negima. It was fluffy, crispy on the outside, and very tasty.

さいたにI must have had a bottle of kamizen nyosui before, and I see that it shows up in the iPhone's predictive conversion as well. First of all, the aroma is surprisingly too gorgeous. It is one of the best aromas I have ever had. From the beginning to the end, I feel that the alcohol taste is strong. My accompaniment is sushi, which has recently opened in my neighborhood.

さいたにThe last one in Toyama was a single-batch bottle. It has a nice sharpness, but not too sharp. It doesn't leave a residue on the palate, so it won't interfere with the next bite of any dish. I like it too. Accompanied by shrimp sausage.

さいたにOh, wait, wait, I love it so much. I'm as impressed as I was the first time I drank Otters. The moment I put it in my mouth, the aroma was already fruity in my nose! Thanks to my friend who lives in Toyama and told me about it! Accompanying it was a sashimi of white shrimp.

さいたにFirst day of my trip to Nagasaki. Unfortunately, there is no local Nagasaki sake at the restaurant! So we started with something I don't remember drinking. Kitayuki is a sweet sake that I like. It is easy to drink. Even my friend who is not good at drinking said it was delicious.

さいたにSake given to me by a junior colleague in Niigata. It was a little hard to drink on its own? So I put a side dish I bought at Lawson's in my mouth, and then took the sake... and it became round in the mouth and very easy to drink! It's delicious! This is good. I thought it was a sake to enjoy the combination of other tastes rather than just the flavor of the sake. I served it with salted squid.

さいたにThis sake was brought back from Suehiro Sake Brewery in Fukushima. It is a miscellaneous sake that is not pure sake, but the sake ingredient is made in-house. It is a sweet sour, but the flavor is sake. I think it is easier to drink than Mio as an introduction for people who do not drink sake.
