The most fruity ever in my history. Mellow! No corners at all. It's a juice, it's a juice. It doesn't taste like sake, but I like it this way. Smoked kumquat to go with it.

After working on a holiday, I wandered into the restaurant alone because it was cold and I wanted some oden.
I was sorry to be shown into a semi-private room in the back even though I did not have a reservation...
It was light and not habitual. It didn't seem to interfere with the food. The accompaniment was pickled firefly squid.

Daiginjo, mellow, late and dry. The bottle is a cool matte black! Maybe a little strong alcohol smell. Accompanied by surume rolls and grilled flying fish. I'm particular about eating local food.

I was given a freshly-opened bottle of the restaurant's secret sake. I was told that Prime Minister Abe served it during their meeting. It is the same sake from Mie, but it is totally, really, totally different from Jikin. It was sweet but refreshing. Accompanying the sake was open-flavored hokke. I think they are very good with sake.

With friends from elementary school. Jikin, which I've been longing for. I finally got to drink it. The moment I poured it into the cup, the gorgeous aroma rose to the surface, and I was so happy. As the name suggests, smoked. It has a great bitterness or peculiarity! If you like roasted coffee, you might like it. No, it's a peculiarity. I wouldn't recommend it to people who don't drink much sake. Beautiful color.
