Since it looks like I won't be able to take consecutive holidays for a while, I decided to go to Ehime a week ago. My first visit to Shikoku!
I couldn't take a picture of the label. It was so refreshing that nothing interfered with the food. I served Tsukumi-tsukune (tsukune) and kawara-soba (kawara-soba).
