As the name suggests, smoked. It has a great bitterness or peculiarity! If you like roasted coffee, you might like it. No, it's a peculiarity. I wouldn't recommend it to people who don't drink much sake. Beautiful color.

This sake was so delicious. The waiter recommended that I lick salt off the sake before drinking it, and the taste changed drastically! I highly recommend it.

Drinking with former juniors from work. We compared sake. It was a nice place. Easy to drink sake, the website says it is dry but I felt it was sweet. Maybe it was the aroma? Sashimi to go with it, so fresh!

The label is also ephemeral! Cute though. Very sweet, smooth and easy to drink. Slightly alcoholic aftertaste. Very drinkable. Accompanied by kuntama with truffle oil. Delicious!

Day 2 in Ehime, today is Dogo Onsen. It is a long and difficult trip.... The name is taken from the clouds on the hill. It is very sweet. It was like a dessert. I didn't have a chance to take a picture of the label on this trip... I like TKG, so it was delicious!

Since it looks like I won't be able to take consecutive holidays for a while, I decided to go to Ehime a week ago. My first visit to Shikoku! I couldn't take a picture of the label. It was so refreshing that nothing interfered with the food. I served Tsukumi-tsukune (tsukune) and kawara-soba (kawara-soba).

It seems to be the Calpis of the sake world. It is indeed sweet and sizzling. I heard that locals eat it with chicken with bones. My accompaniment is sashimi.
