I bought it on the recommendation of a clerk at a Lima Fatten store.
We had the first saké on December 6 and drank it on December 9.
The lid was floppy and I felt a slight carbonation, especially in the first glass.
It tasted slightly sweet and was very easy to drink and delicious.

I forgot to take a picture before drinking it.
It is a cloudy sake that is only distributed during this season.
I was expecting it to be a bit schwashy, but it was just slightly effervescent enough that I could manage to feel it.
It is a delicious sake that I sometimes want to drink.

Although the rice polishing ratio is 69%, there was little cloying taste and it was very refreshing.
This is said to be due to the effect of super flattened rice polishing.
The label says it has a deep richness, but I didn't find it to be that rich or mellow.
Maybe because it was at room temperature?
It is a delicious sake with the taste of rice.
