The taste is impressive and satisfying, with the fresh sweetness of apples and a slightly fizzy feeling in the mouth, which quickly gives way to a beautiful crispness typical of Japanese sake, a sense of alcohol, and a slight bitterness.
The bitterness that lingers in the exquisite aftertaste tempts you to take another sip, and you finish the glass in no time!
Because it is not just a sweet sake, it goes well with Japanese food as well.
It has become a favorite. One of the best recent bottles.

Classic Fukui-style, dry and light but with the gorgeousness of Junmai Daiginjo, not much aroma.
Heated up to a higher grade in my opinion. Mellow mouthfeel, delicious Yamadanishiki rice flavor. Even for a modern drinker like myself, it's good once in a while.

It has a crisp, fresh mouthfeel, a fresh, fruity aroma like biting into orange or muscat fruits, and an elegant sweetness and juicy flavor that fills the mouth. It is a must-try for lovers of sweet sake.
It is one of the top three most delicious sake ever made on its own. The downside is that it is so easy to drink that a 4-gouple bottle can be consumed at the fastest rate ever 🥂.
