The taste is impressive and satisfying, with the fresh sweetness of apples and a slightly fizzy feeling in the mouth, which quickly gives way to a beautiful crispness typical of Japanese sake, a sense of alcohol, and a slight bitterness. The bitterness that lingers in the exquisite aftertaste tempts you to take another sip, and you finish the glass in no time! Because it is not just a sweet sake, it goes well with Japanese food as well. It has become a favorite. One of the best recent bottles.

⭐️3.8 Presented by Classic Fukui-style, dry and light but with the gorgeousness of Junmai Daiginjo, not much aroma. Heated up to a higher grade in my opinion. Mellow mouthfeel, delicious Yamadanishiki rice flavor. Even for a modern drinker like myself, it's good once in a while.
