This is a brand that left a lasting impression on me after drinking it heated at a yakitori restaurant in Tokyo a few years ago. I saw it by chance at a liquor store in Nara Station and bought it.
Sealed cold.
There is a freshness in the aroma that has a thick, raw yeast yeast yeast-like flavor.
On the palate, it tastes more like ripe melon juice than heavy and robust, with a strong dry finish.
As the brewer comments, it has a deep flavor but is light and easy to drink.
The acidity is moderate, so it would go well with meat dishes such as yakitori and dice steak.
I would like to drink it heated after letting it sit for a while.

Heshiko's Narezushi after a year 🍶 with a side dish.
It's not bad to drink it chilled, but personally, it's one that's too good to drink chilled.
When you drink it warm, the umami and sharpness come out. Personally, I prefer to drink it at a higher temperature, such as kamikan (上燗).
The aroma is relatively mild, but the first sips are enjoyable!
It is not too sweet or heavy, so it can be served with a wide range of snacks!
It goes well with winter ❄

Delicious!
The body is solid (though not heavy at all) and even feels luxurious!
A super high-cost sake available in the low 1000 yen range!
The aroma is not too assertive, so you can drink it every day and not get tired of it!
The sweetness and umami are even more pronounced when drunk warmed to lukewarm.

It has a slightly yellowish appearance.
It has a fruity nose with pineapple and husk-like aromas that penetrate the nose.
After a smooth mouthfeel, it has an elegant fruitiness, a pear-like nuance, and a moderate sharpness that is not exclusively sweet toward the latter half.
It goes well with cheese and chocolate.
I tried various temperatures, but I felt that the best temperature was cool, not too cold (^-^)
...At the end, I tried drinking it lukewarm, but the flavor didn't fall apart, so I recommend it. d(⌒⌒)!
