Junmai Daiginjo of Aizan
The finish was rather sweet, and I'm not sure if it was once-fired or not, but it still had a lot of life left in it. I don't know if it was once-fired or not, but it was still very healthy.
Not bad, but not my favorite.
There are a lot of things I don't like these days.

It's totally different from Dewa Tsanzan. The difference in yeast is huge.
It's a little bitter, but maybe that's because it's been so long.
I like Gohyakumangoku, but I prefer Hayashi.

It was fine because it was degassed.
A little sweet. Tasty, but had a ginjo aroma that I didn't like. Maybe capron.
