===Sake No.357 [R4 No.74] ==== Sake for drinking at home Sake name: "Hiran" Asahiran This sake is named "Asahiran" from "Tobiran" and "Asahi rice". This Asahi rice is the root of Koshihikari and Sasanishiki, and is said to be the original rice that has not been bred. It is brewed without pesticides and additives, and a lot of time and effort is put into the brewing process, so it is brewed with care 🤣. The aroma is mild. The mouthfeel is gentle, and the complex acidity of the sake is characteristic of the sake brewing process. The final taste is slightly dry and mellow 😊.

And it was not sold at a liquor store, but at a local supermarket. It's a very vigorous nigori sake, and if I wasn't careful, I almost blew it up 💦. The taste is fruity and fluffy on the first sip, with a light sweetness and acidity from the rice along with a fine gas. The finish is dry with a touch of bitterness 🤣.

===Sake No.355 (R4 No.72) Sake name: "Tobiran" (飛鸞) According to a liquor store in Toyohashi that sells Tobiran, the popularity of Tobiran is increasing every year, and the number of customers who come all the way from outside of the prefecture to buy it is also increasing. This sake is made from Nagasaki prefecture's "Nikkomaru" rice, which is a variety of Nagasaki prefecture's rice for food use 😊. It has a fruity sweetness with an assertive acidity that is typical of the sake's "ikuhashi-zukuri" style, but it also finishes dry 😆.

The graininess and acidity that is typical of Manzai 70 is still there, but the sense of maturity that can only be achieved by brewing in a jar is different from that of fresh raw sake.

It has a refreshing gasiness that is pleasant on a hot day, a clean orikara sweetness and acidity, and finishes quite dry so you don't get tired of drinking it 🤣. I think the fresh and cool bottle label represents the flavor well👍

This time, Bikuyo is a new sake for us. Brewed with "Gin-no-Yume" sake rice and "CEL-24" yeast developed in Kochi Prefecture, it has a fruity and rich aroma and a slightly sweet, refreshing and very clear taste 😆. I have the impression that many Kochi sake are heavy, but this one was very fruity and light 😊.

This is the second bottle of AKABU Junmai Natsukasumi this season. The refreshing fruit-like sweetness and acidity is perfect for hot days and makes the sake go down the drain 🤣Although it is orikarami, it has a light flavor that doesn't feel heavy at all and is a favorite that I always drink every year 😆.

Japanese sake No.349〗〗〖It's a good time to drink sake at home R4 No.66〗〗〖R4 No.66 Sake name】"Chiebijin" Extra Edition Junmai Ginjyo Orikigarami Nama Shu Satisfaction】5.0/5.0 This is a challenge sake brewed by Nakano Shuzo based on the concept of "a sake that has a sweet aroma but can be drunk continuously as a food sake". The wine-like bottle and label also show the spirit of challenge. Personally, I️ enjoyed the aroma, the sweetness of the orikara, the refreshing acidity, and the pleasant feeling of gas. One of the best sake I've had this year 🍶.

It is slightly dry and has a low alcohol content of 13 degrees. It is filled with oli and undergoes secondary fermentation in the bottle, so you can fully enjoy the super-fresh, shrieking gas and the delicious taste of rice. It is a perfect sake for the hot summer season.

Japanese sake No.347〗〖House drinking sake No.347〗〖R4 No.64 R4 No.64〗〗〖R4 No.64 Junmai Nama-nazake [Sake Name] "Mikawa Bushy" Junmai Nama-nazake Satisfaction level】4.0/5.0 I was going to participate in the "Nisato Yoi no SAKE BAR" held at Maruishi Brewery the other day, but I couldn't because of my own schedule...💦I wanted to at least go to the direct-sale shop, so I just bought some sake and quickly withdrew while enviously watching the excitement of everyone else on the side 😭. I got this Mikawa Bushi at that time. It is a sake characterized by its guttural acidity and mellow flavor. It is the opposite of summer sake which is usually refreshing, but I️ think it goes well with broiled eel or miso katsu (pork cutlet).
