Sake name: "Tobiran" (飛鸞)
According to a liquor store in Toyohashi that sells Tobiran, the popularity of Tobiran is increasing every year, and the number of customers who come all the way from outside of the prefecture to buy it is also increasing.
This sake is made from Nagasaki prefecture's "Nikkomaru" rice, which is a variety of Nagasaki prefecture's rice for food use 😊.
It has a fruity sweetness with an assertive acidity that is typical of the sake's "ikuhashi-zukuri" style, but it also finishes dry 😆.
