Sake No.341・R4 No.58 Shusendo original Satisfaction】4.0/5.0 Impression】This is a PB of "Shusendo Horiichi", a sake shop in Nagoya, brewed by "Yamazaki Gosei" in Nishio City, Aichi Prefecture. The sake rice used is Yumesansui, Aichi Prefecture's preferred rice for sake brewing, and it has a rich but dry and crisp orikara flavor😊. It was so gassy and delicious that the cork made a pleasant popping sound even after a few days 🤣.

I want to compare this Manzai nigorizake with Junmai Yamadanishiki nigorizake 😋!

While most of Niigata Prefecture's sake is light and dry, this Bishamon is sweet and full-flavored. It is quite easy to drink with a strong but gentle flavor 🤣.

Sake for drinking at home No.337 2022-No.54 Kou no Tsukasa Summer Festival Type] #Junmai Ginjo #Once heated #Hara Sake #Light Nigori #Summer Sake Satisfaction】4.0/5.0 This is the first time I've had this sake, even though it is brewed by a local sake brewery and was featured in a special feature on Japanese sake in dancyu. The refreshing summery label is lovely. The alcohol content is a moderate 13%, and the light mouthfeel makes it easy to drink 😆 It has a refreshing gaseous taste, and the light nigori gives the rice a sweet, yet clear taste that is completely refreshing 🤣. Why haven't I tried Shibata Brewery's sake before if it's so good 💦?

The aroma is mild but fruity. The mouthfeel is light and delicious with a fresh sweetness that spreads softly. The acidity, bitterness, and gassiness are well balanced and pleasant, making it easy to drink 🤣. I would like to try the other series of Hiran next time 👍.

~~ Japanese Sake for Home Drinking No.334 [2022-No.51] Ni-Utsu" Junmai Satin I've been liking Ni-Rabbit more than usual lately, and this is my sixth bottle of Ni-Rabbit this month 😆. When I drank Ni-Rabbit Satin a few years ago, I thought it wasn't really to my taste, but now I tried it again and it's really good ‼️I guess my tongue must have been a bit strange when I drank it before 😅. It has a fresh and light taste even though it's hi-ire. It has a light and fresh taste.

~~ Japanese Sake for Home Drinking No.333 [2022-No.50] Nitoshi" Omachi Gojugo light nigori Sparkling Nama 🍶 This is the 333rd sake since we started installing the house drinking sake and exactly the 50th sake this year. They ran out of the white translucent bottles that are always used for this sake, so it is packed in an old style clear bottle. In a way, quite rare😆. The taste is fresh, fruity, sweet and sour, with a very pleasant silky gasiness 🤣.

~~ Japanese Sake for Home Drinking No.332 [2022-No.49] Tosa Shiragiku" Junmai Ginjo Slightly Sparkling Nama Nice to meet you 🍶 Dry and fine gaseous taste is refreshing but you can also feel the richness of the oli 😊The citrus aroma also adds to the freshness and is quite tasty 🤣. Secondary fermentation in the bottle, so be careful not to shake it or it may explode when you open the bottle👍.

~~ Japanese Sake for Home Drinking No.329 [2022-No.46] Junmai Ginjo "Mansai 55" (light nigori) 🍶"Doala and the Two Rabbits" Junmai Ginjo 🍶 As a Giant fan, I was curious to see what a junmai ginjo made with Manzai rice would taste like... so I bought it without thinking 💦laughs Compared to the Manzai 70 that I often drink, it has less graininess and acidity, and a more refreshing taste 😆 It's great chilled, but it's even better at room temperature, where the aroma spreads out more 🤣.

~~ Japanese Sake for Home Drinking No.328 [2022-No.45] Nito" Banzai 70 Nama-zake (Unblended) I had heard that this year's Nito Mantai was delicious, but without a doubt it was even better than last year's 🤣. I don't have the vocabulary to describe it, but it has a great balance of graininess, acidity, rice flavor, and the freshness that only a low-polished sake can have.

~~ Japanese Sake for Home Drinking No.327 [2022-No.44] Oku" Nama Sparkling Yumesansui Juwari This is a sparkling sparkling sake that is perfect for early summer days when it feels a little hot 👍The cage is fermented in the bottle, so it has a thick but strong gaseous taste that makes it easy to drink 😆 However, if you are not careful about how easy it is to drink, the high alcohol content will make you drunk at once 🤣.

~~~Home drinking sake No.325 [2022-No.42] ~~~ connection "Hiran" 🍶 Hiran×Aishu Cream I'm so glad there's a local store that specializes in the Tobiraman x Aishu Cream 🍶. The aroma was surprisingly mild, but as soon as you put it in your mouth, the fresh fruity sweetness spreads and you can't help but exclaim "Oh! 🤣The balance of gasiness, bitterness, and acidity is so well balanced that I can't resist 😂I got 2 bottles and I'm looking forward to another one 🍀🍀🍀. Thanks to the circle of Aisake Cream for giving me the chance to meet wonderful sake ☺.

~~ Japanese Sake for Home Drinking No.324 [2022-No.41] Junmai Ginjo Nama 🍶 "Onna Jyoshu" Junmai Ginjo Nama This sake was a gift from a grateful recipient. This sake is from a brewery in Ena City, Gifu Prefecture, and is inspired by a female castle lord who ruled the nearby Iwamura Castle ruins during the Warring States period 😊. When you open the bottle, it has a refreshing aroma like green apples. The fruity ginjo aroma spreads quickly in the mouth, then it becomes crisp and dry and goes down your throat refreshingly 🤣. Just like the label on the label, this sake had both a gentle sweetness and a crisp dryness 😆.

~~ Japanese Sake for Home Drinking No.323 [2022-No.40] Wakanami" Junmai Ginjyo Yamadanishiki Nama-shu I've been busy lately and my postings have been a bit slow 💦. This time the sake is dry and mellow. It is made from Yamada-Nishiki produced in Fukuoka Prefecture, and when poured into a glass, it has a fragrance reminiscent of muscat and lychee. While the taste is dry, the sweetness of the rice is well pronounced and lingers pleasantly in the mouth as an aftertaste 😊. After about 3 days from opening the bottle, it becomes mellower and even more delicious 😆.

~~ Japanese Sake for Home Drinking No.322 [2022-No.39] (1) "Naraman" Junmai Namaeshu Orikagarami This is my first time drinking this sake. I thought "Naraman" was a sake from Nara, but it's from Fukushima 😅. It has a fresh aroma like muscat, sweetness and richness of rice, but it's quite dry and sharp 🤣.

~~ Japanese Sake for Home Drinking No.321 [2022-No.38] Mixed brew by "Musical Instrument Masamune" Dewa Sanzan The standard 🍶 Gakki Masamune is a honjozo, but this mixed series is a junmai ginjo🍀. According to Oki Daikichi Honten, "We focused on the flavor of rice in our Junmai Ginjo and used the mixed brewing method as one of the ways to express this flavor. According to the brewer, "In accordance with the sake quality design, the main rice used is the main variety (kakemai) x Yamadanishiki (koji rice), and the koji rice is all Yamadanishiki" 😃. You can sense the strong commitment to bringing out the individuality of the rice 😆. The taste has a fresh aroma like muscat, with a pleasant balance of fresh gas, sweetness, and acidity. It is light and crisp, typical of Dewa Sanzan, and very tasty 🤣.
