This is a cute label with a dog in a field of Nikkoukisuge.
It was recommended by the liquor store which is our favorite. It is the summer sake of Wataya.
It has a mild aroma, and the balance of acidity and Umami is good.
But it is a little too crispy!
There was nothing for the Yumami Dawn lovers to fall for. You need to drink something very light to take with you, otherwise you might lose your drink.

Freshly opened, it tastes fresh, like a fine, fizzy, dry, ginger ale! Mild, apple-like superciliousness. After letting it sit in the fridge for two days, the mischievous part settled down and became round and smooth. Good sake.
The lack of information on the label and the mysteriousness of the label is a nice touch to tickle your inquisitive mind~!

This is the second sake brewed with Yamada Ho, the mother rice of Yamadanishiki. This is the second sake brewed with Yamadaho from a different brewery. It is a little richer than the Yamadaho from Manjusen. The Snow Cottage is delicious!

The nose is discreetly scented with apple, pear and muscat notes. It is light and tart on the palate. The aftertaste is short and crisp. It is clear with no bitterness at all.

A light, delicate touch of deliciousness! In the sake tasting course, I was told to try this one first, and I was satisfied. You won't be able to appreciate it after drinking other drinks.
