I thought sake was difficult to make, After a while, when the temperature changed, the spiciness started to appear. I felt that the spiciness started to come out. The astringency of the aftertaste was the same as that of Kaze no Mori no Rohafu. I thought it was probably due to the unique characteristics of the rice.

I didn't smell it that much, but the moment I put it in my mouth, the aroma of pear and the flavor of rice hit me with a gusto. It has a moderate, refreshing acidity and a long-lasting sweetness with an excellent aftertaste. The sweetness of the rice was outstanding, as expected from a 40% Omachi rice polishing ratio. It is one of my favorite sake. However, it is expensive, so I can't drink it on a daily basis.

They use the local Chunichi Shimbun for the newspaper and wrap it carefully paying attention to the placement of the paper when wrapping it lol.
