Your first sambudo! I was wondering when to open the bottle of sambudo that I had never had before and had put down to sleep. I was wondering when to open it, I was able to get a bottle of Kako, so I opened it at once! LOL! It has a gaseous sensation, but it is between Yamadanishiki and Hozu. It is fresh, floral, rich, and more complex than the Homasu. It has a mild complexity, but is still wrapped in a white peach-like sweetness and gentle acidity. It was wrapped in sweetness and gentle acidity. I had it with Italian appetizers, I felt more floral aroma when I tasted it with food. It was easy to drink with a clearer and more extended aftertaste than Hozabu.
