Rumiko!
The first brand of sake that I found tasty.
This time it was a very dry sake with a sake strength of +14!
It was a taste that complimented the snacks!

Kamoizumi Junmai Sake was stored in a bamboo tube, and when you twisted the tap, the sake laughed out of the bamboo.
The sake was poured into bamboo cups of different shapes and sizes.
The sake was poured into bamboo cups of different shapes and sizes, and was enjoyed with miso while enjoying the aroma of the bamboo, which was different from that of the sake served in Masu cups.

The most overwhelmingly delicious Kamoizumi
Junmai Daiginjo is exceptional!
Kamoizumi is personally the most palatable of the Saijo breweries.
Fruity, sweet modern type
Brown sugar-like sweetness
Delicious as a food wine, but easy enough to continue drinking on its own due to its clean aftertaste
The waiter recommended it to us at the end of the day as it was hard to get in, and we were impressed with the sake's overwhelmingly superior taste to the sake we had compared that day!
The sake is made for the local market at the same brewery as Jyushiyo, so it is usually hard to get it in stock.
