I've been finding lately that I prefer softer liquors to fizzy liquors, so I let it sit for a little while while I controlled the temperature before opening the bottle 😊. The aroma is fresh and fruity like a pear✨. It has a fresh fruity taste like a pear with a lot of sweetness and no cloying taste at all, it is clean and flows nicely after the sweetness, very tasty ✨. It was so good that next time I would like to drink it right away and compare the flavors when it has a fizzy feeling! There are many different types of Murayusuke, so I would like to try many different types: ❤️

I finished the sparkling wine when I delivered a gift to my daughter on Respect-for-Senior-Citizens Day and then drank the sake that was at my mother's house 😊. I received a set of two bottles of Takashimizu sake, a Junmai Daiginjo and a Daiginjo 😊. The Junmai Daiginjo has a moderate aroma, sweetness and umami, and a clean aftertaste, so it is easy to pair with food and tastes great. I haven't had Daiginjo for a while, so all I remember is how refreshing it was, so I will try it again at a later date 😊.
