This is the second bottle from Isetan's Sake Fun Set! Today was hot pot, so I chose the Snow Kayasha from the list that arrived😃. I opened it right away and it is so good! Perfect balance of juicy, fruity and crisp 👍. This is delicious! Perfect with hot pot and I enjoyed it being careful not to drink too much 😊. It looks good for everyday drinking and I am very happy with it!

Isetan had a sale on their sake omakase set, so I ordered a bottle of this one! (There were 6 bottles in #4 bottles😃) It was juicy, a little sour and crackling! It went well with food and I unknowingly drank too much 😅. I will introduce the remaining 5 bottles again!

I drank this on my trip too! The fine brand name is... 💦. I still remember that it was easy to drink and perfect with fish 😃. It was a sake that I felt close to because it was close to where I'm from! I drank a lot of things on the trip (besides sake), so I will drink again after some rest!

This is the Sasaiichi I drank before! I bought it at a nearby supermarket because my stock of sake was running low. I live in Yamanashi, so it is easy to get. The taste was deliciously refreshing and just right to accompany rice 🍶. I passed by the brewery before and will try to visit once 😃.

I had never had much sake from Kyushu, so I bought this one! I had a hard time deciding between Aizan and Omachi because I had enjoyed Omachi in another sake I had tried before. It is 75% polished rice so it has a little bit of color and a powerful flavor😃It goes great with gyoza and is easy to drink! I enjoy drinking different types of sake, and this is one of the things I look forward to 🍶.

We had hand-rolled sushi at home that day, so I chose a dry Zoka Junmai Ginjo! The aftertaste is very refreshing and easy to drink, perfect for hand-rolled sushi😃It has a great umami flavor, so you can drink more and more sake 🍶. The Tori-san on the package is also a nice touch.

I wanted to drink sake with flavor and aroma, so I bought this one. It was my first time to try Fukushima sake and it tasted just like I imagined it would 😃. I especially liked the flavor and aroma that spread on the palate 😃! It was perfect with sukiyaki and I was very satisfied 🍶. It is still hot in the world, but I can feel the change of the season 🍂.

The low alcohol content of 13 degrees combined with the clean taste made it very easy to drink and delicious 🍶. It was a sake that could be drunk like wine 😃. It went well with the hot pot and was delicious!

I bought this Yamamoto Pure Black the other day! I was going to drink it over the weekend, but I couldn't wait 😅. As stated on the label, it is juicy and slightly sour with a fairly clean aftertaste and easy to drink! I didn't find it that spicy, it was delicious 😊. It's also delicious to keep a couple of different kinds of sake on hand and change it up between here and there 🍶.

This one was also served at an inn in Izu! It is a Daiginjo from Hatsukame, a local Shizuoka sake that I was curious about: ☺️ The aroma was very nice and the taste was delicious! It was a perfect match for all the dishes and I was very satisfied with it!

My wife bought this for me because my birthday is coming up 🎁. It is a Junmai Daiginjo of Saku! We had it with bonito tataki and ichibo steak to go with the sake 🍶! When I opened the bottle, a sweet and nice aroma spread out and I could taste the deliciousness! It had the mellow flavor and aroma of a Junmai Daiginjo, yet was easy to drink and very delicious 😊.

It is a Junmai Daiginjo commemorating the 130th anniversary. It has a moderate aroma and a bit of sweetness in the mouth, but the aftertaste is dry and refreshing! It is dry but easy to drink! I paired it with sashimi and the next day with hot pot and it was delicious 😊.

I wanted something a little dry, so I bought this one. I had been curious about the whale on the label for a while 🐳. When I drank it, it was a little dry, which is what I was expecting. It went well with meat and potatoes! The drinkability is on the good side. Although I bought it and drank it, I personally preferred Toyo Bijin or something I drank the day before...
