It was a slightly amber-colored sake that tasted great at room temperature!

Day two we went to a sushi restaurant! This was the main event of the trip after the yellowtail shabu shabu!
We had a junmai ginjo-style, highly recommended Kagatobi! It is very tasty and to my liking. The aroma and aftertaste were so well balanced that I could drink it without a hitch!

The last sake of the first day was Tsunekigen, another local sake from Ishikawa.
It was an easy-drinking sake with a nice rice flavor and a nice sharpness! Delicious!

I don't usually buy nigori sake for myself, so it was very tasty and more special than usual!
As the reputation suggests, it has a good balance of sweetness and sourness, and it's delicious and easy to drink! It was delicious and went well with the fried chicken!
