This sake was given to me when I returned home. The label stated the processor as Tomoda Shuzo!
I'm from Hyogo, so I felt close to this sake😃It had a high alcohol content and was very drinkable! It was delicious!

I bought this Yamamoto Pure Black the other day! I was going to drink it over the weekend, but I couldn't wait 😅.
As stated on the label, it is juicy and slightly sour with a fairly clean aftertaste and easy to drink!
I didn't find it that spicy, it was delicious 😊.
It's also delicious to keep a couple of different kinds of sake on hand and change it up between here and there 🍶.

This one was also served at an inn in Izu! It is a Daiginjo from Hatsukame, a local Shizuoka sake that I was curious about: ☺️
The aroma was very nice and the taste was delicious! It was a perfect match for all the dishes and I was very satisfied with it!

My wife bought this for me because my birthday is coming up 🎁.
It is a Junmai Daiginjo of Saku! We had it with bonito tataki and ichibo steak to go with the sake 🍶!
When I opened the bottle, a sweet and nice aroma spread out and I could taste the deliciousness!
It had the mellow flavor and aroma of a Junmai Daiginjo, yet was easy to drink and very delicious 😊.

It is a Junmai Daiginjo commemorating the 130th anniversary. It has a moderate aroma and a bit of sweetness in the mouth, but the aftertaste is dry and refreshing! It is dry but easy to drink!
I paired it with sashimi and the next day with hot pot and it was delicious 😊.

I wanted something a little dry, so I bought this one. I had been curious about the whale on the label for a while 🐳.
When I drank it, it was a little dry, which is what I was expecting. It went well with meat and potatoes! The drinkability is on the good side.
Although I bought it and drank it, I personally preferred Toyo Bijin or something I drank the day before...

Cedar Cidre, Junmai Happoshu!
It is easy to drink with a schwashy type taste, and the aftertaste is delicious with a slight bitterness!
Because of the accumulation of cider, you may be tempted to shake it, but it is strictly forbidden!
Even when stored normally, it took me about 5 minutes to open it, opening and closing it repeatedly...

This is Toyo Bijin's Yamada Nishiki! It has a great aroma, and the sweetness and deliciousness of the rice spreads on the palate 😊.
It is a very tasty sake with a nice aftertaste. I felt it is an easy to drink category! It definitely feels right 🍶.

This is the souvenir section of the Oku-Nikko trip!
I bought some Houou Mita at a liquor store on my way home!
It was a very nice liquor store with a good selection 😊.
After much hesitation, I bought this one, a limited edition Hououou Mita Arashigiri Merger.
The aroma is very nice, soft and mellow but not too strong!
The taste is also very good, no doubt! I am very happy with my purchase on my trip! It was good 🍶.

The third glass was a junmai ginjo-shu limited to Oku-Nikko! This was 300ml, which was a little more than I usually drink, but I took it because I had to. (We drank the rest at home later!)
(We drank the rest at home later!) As the description says, this sake is light and dry, so you can still drink it even after drinking it! It was delicious even when drinking at home😄.

Yesterday I bought a bottle of Kido from Wakayama! It is a Junmai Daiginjo of Yamadanishiki.
It has a nice aroma and you can really taste the sweetness and deliciousness of the rice 😊.
It has a clean aftertaste, so I recommend this sake with a meal! It was delicious!
