We had a junmai ginjo-style, highly recommended Kagatobi! It is very tasty and to my liking. The aroma and aftertaste were so well balanced that I could drink it without a hitch!
The last sake of the first day was Tsunekigen, another local sake from Ishikawa.
It was an easy-drinking sake with a nice rice flavor and a nice sharpness! Delicious!
The second izakaya we had on the first day was Kikuhime. This sake has a fruity, chocolatey aroma. It was a bit of a different type of drink for me on this trip!

It is the most delicious sake! With a gorgeous ginjo aroma and a refreshing aftertaste, this is a delicious sake that you can drink as many glasses as you like.
Paired with seasonal yellowtail shabu-shabu, it was worth the trip to Kanazawa!

It has a nice aroma and is very easy to drink! It was so easy to drink that even people who don't like sake could enjoy it! It was like a modest food sake!
