This is a sake with an unusual name given to me by my parents' family. As the name suggests, it seems to be a sake planned around a one-parent union. I'm not sure why it was at my parents' house 😅. When I drank it, it had a delicious and sharp taste that went well with meals! It was delicious 😄.

It is a Junmai Ginjo of Banshu Issen that I got from my parents' house😄It is a bottle so I can enjoy it for a while! It has a nice balance of sourness and sweetness with a little bit of a shwashiness! It's easy to drink, so it will come in handy on a regular basis 😆.

This one was also purchased on a trip to Nasu Kogen as well! It is a rare sake sangria, as Kyokko is a nearby sake brewery! My wife drank this one! It was delicious, with a fruity sake flavor! We drank it up right away! LOL!

I bought this sake at a liquor store I found when I went to visit Nasu Kogen! I was troubled by the variety of Tochigi's famous sake, but I had never had it before, so I bought a figure! I had never had it before, so I bought a bottle of "kata" (shape)! It was slightly sweet, very juicy, and easy to drink! It went well with the Nasu Wagyu dice steak I got for a good price! It looks cool and satisfying!

I bought this one because I had been curious about the label for a while! I was in the mood for a Junmai Daiginjo and it was delicious 😄. It was juicy and flavorful! It was delicious! (The label looked like a silhouette of a baseball coach...) I later realized it was 100 check-ins 👏I have many more sake I haven't tried yet, so I will explore! I'm going to explore!

This is Kotobuki, purchased at a liquor store I frequent! I was planning to have fish for dinner that day and the introduction of the store caught my eye 😄. It has a juicy flavor and sweetness! It was perfect for sashimi! I also bought some shochu on the way 😅. I enjoy good food and good drinks 🍶.

The first one I bought this year was this Daimine 3 Grain Unfiltered Nama Sake Dewa Sanzan! It looked stylish and cool and I was curious 😄. The Dewa Sanzu sake I drank before was delicious, so I can expect great things from it! I drank it in a wine glass with motsu nabe (motsu hot pot) and it tasted so good! Since it's a draft sake, it has a nice piquancy, freshness, and the sweetness of the rice spreads 😊It doesn't overpower the taste of the motsu nabe 💪. It also has a clean aftertaste and I was able to drink it with the motsu nabe 🍲 very satisfied!

This is the last of the 6 bottles of Daishinshu that I saved until New Year's 😄. It was very tasty and full of flavor, perfect for the New Year! I still have some left so I can enjoy it a little more during the vacations 🍶. The breakdown of the 6-bottle set is, Yokoyama, Daishinshu, Shichiken, Senkou, Yukino Kayasha, and Kozaemon! Great value 🉐!

This year's Christmas present from my wife was this Sanuki Kuraudei, 😄. She always gives me several candidates and chooses the one that fits her mood for the year! Thank you! It is low in alcohol and very easy to drink and Swiss! I imagine it's like a strong Calpis with alcohol 🍸. It goes well with western food and I almost finished it 💦. I think even people who don't like sake can enjoy it! Very satisfying😄!

I went to Hida Takayama! Fukuchi Onsen is my favorite hot spring, and I enjoyed the hot spring again: ♨️ At the inn, I ordered this sake, Hourai no Irootoko. I was a little curious about the eye-catching packaging, so I ordered it! It is easy to drink, fruity, and has a refreshing aftertaste! Thank you for the treat!

The 5th bottle of the 6-bottle leave it to me set I bought at Isetan is Yamanashi's Shichiken! I live in Yamanashi, so I see it often, but I don't choose it unless it's an opportunity like this (because I can always buy it) 😃. It is easy to drink as a food sake and tastes even better in a glass! It was delicious with aroma and slight sweetness 😄. I was happy to have a glass with my hometown oysters 🦪.

This is the 4th bottle of Kozaemon, which was also included in the Isetan 6 bottle set! It is sweet, refreshing, easy to drink and delicious😃. It was my favorite flavor and I enjoyed it! There are only 2 bottles left in the 6 bottle set.... I doubt there will be any left by the end of the year, so I'll have to go back and buy more 😅. Breakdown of the 6-bottle set (it was on sale, so it was 5500 yen plus shipping) Classic Sentori Mukunin Snow Kayasha Yokoyama Kozaemon Kozaemon? Kozaemon? I will update the other two again!

The third box of Isetan delights is Nagasaki's Yokoyama! I'm happy to see a lot of good sake in the box: ☺️ I tried a quick saké and it has a delicious sweetness of rice, fruity and easy to drink! This is delicious! Even my wife, who is not a fan of sake, said it was delicious! I think I can drink it like wine 😃. All the sake are delicious and each has its own character 🍶.
