This one was served at a restaurant in Utsunomiya! It was a restaurant with a lot of Iwate sake! I remember it was clear and tasty, but a bit fuzzy😅. I believe we had a very dry sake at the second restaurant after this, but I don't have any photos and my memory is a bit fuzzy, so no check-in at Sake-no-wa... sweating...

The last one is Kaikka on the far right! I kind of chose it on a hunch, but it was very tasty 😊. I think it might have been the best among the three 😄. I was very satisfied with Utsunomiya and had a lot of gyoza (dumplings)!

The second is the seven waters in the middle! It was fresh and tasty and to my liking! Since we usually travel by car, sake in the daytime is one of the best parts of an overnight trip 😊.

I went to the Mashiko pottery market during the GW holidays! I got the sake cups I was looking for and hope to show them off at another home drinking occasion 😄. After that, we moved to Utsunomiya for an overnight stay! In Utsunomiya station, we enjoyed a sake drinking contest 🍶. The first one is Wakakoma on the left side! The first one was the Wakakoma on the left, which I had a hard time deciding between the various varieties!

This is a sake from the Sasaichi Sake Brewery in Yamanashi! I went to the brewery to buy it while I was out cherry blossom viewing 😄. This one was also spring-like and easy to drink, and it was very easy to drink!

The second glass was a Souhyo, hot sake! I forgot to write it down a bit and can't remember the details😅. I drink mostly cold sake at home, so it's refreshing and tasty to drink hot sake outside sometimes!

The other day, I took another trip to Tochigi! We drove to Oku-Nikko for hot springs. We were very happy with the weather 😄. This time we had Sentori at the place where we stayed! I was also interested in the Houou Mita but decided to keep it as a souvenir 😊. It was also very tasty!

I totally forgot to post this😅 I bought and drank a bottle of Saga's Koei Kiku! There are many good sake from Saga, and this one was also delicious, with a slight effervescence, good flavor and a clean aftertaste! Saga is another place I'd like to visit once 😄.

My wife gave me this for Valentine's Day. It is a brewer's kuheiji, which I have been curious about for a long time! It's a Yamadanishiki Junmai Daiginjo, so there's no doubt it's delicious 😄. The sweetness and aroma of the rice spread out while the aftertaste was good and easy to drink! It was very tasty! Thank you!

I ran out of sake stock so I bought this one with a cute label! I liked Junmai Daiginjo when I first started drinking sake, it was delicious with a rich sweetness and aroma of rice! I've been drinking a lot of sake and once again I'm reminded that every way and type of sake is fun and has its own unique qualities 😃. I also really enjoy finding snacks that go well with sake!

I bought this one at a liquor store in Ito as a souvenir! I was looking at buying Isoboast when the owner approached me and recommended it 😃. I bought it because it was rare and limited to Shizuoka! I drank it when I got home and the rice flavor was strong and present! The rice is still squeezed! It was like a delicious taste!

I bought this sake because I received some crabs that I ordered from Furusato! It was fresh and very tasty with just the right amount of sweetness from the rice and a sharp aftertaste 😊. It went perfectly with the crab and seemed to run out quickly😅.

I went to Hida Takayama for a hot spring! This time we drank Hourai nigori sake at the inn😊. Although I shook it well, the taste was quite thick towards the end! But it was very tasty. Very satisfied!
