I recently went on a trip to Nagano!
After sightseeing at Zenkoji Temple, we went to a sake stand at Nagano station to compare two different types of sake 😄.
The first was a sake called Kita Alps, a delicious, slightly amber-colored sake! I think it was slightly sweet...
The cup design was so austere that I had to buy it.
The taste is relatively mature, dry, and rather robust.
The taste is astringent, with a sour aftertaste, but it is a classic sake, so the matured aroma is not to everyone's liking. If that is not a problem, it is a good sake for a drink at a business hotel.
