It was made from Akita-Komachi, I thought, and then I looked closer and saw that it was Sake-Komachi.
Is it a sake rice version of Akita Komachi?
It is consistently delicious, but I really like it because of the sharpness and dryness that builds up in the second half.
It was a taste that would be a good accompaniment for nabe in the coming season. I've already emptied it.
