This was the first time I drank this brand, which is sold by reservation.
Compared to the standard Otters 45, the sharpness and bitterness were stronger, and I was betrayed in a good way.
If you let it sit for a few days before drinking, the acidity increases and the atmosphere changes again.
Considering the price, I think I prefer the 45.
But it's seasonal and very satisfying!
