Denshu純米吟醸 古城錦
Savanna
It was a fine weekend.
The nights in Sapporo were a little colder, but the air was clear and we were able to enjoy the full moon.
Sake for moon viewing.
Autumn-aged sake, hiya-oroshi sake...
We bought some sake, but not rice wine.
This was the first time for me to taste Kojo-nishiki.
The aroma is fruity and calm, typical of tasake.
The mouthfeel is. Sweetness ahead, a little acidity, a little heaviness, pleasant bitterness, and a decent sharpness.
It is quite a rewarding drink.
It is more suitable for a drinker than the normal Tazake, but it is still delicious.
The sweetness is a little ahead of the others, which makes it easy and dangerous to drink.
After two days from opening the bottle, we tried it again.
The bitterness and acidity taste increases a little, and the sweetness becomes moderate.
This one seems to be more suitable as a food wine.
Both are delicious, but I liked the first day's more enjoyable drink.
I have forgotten all about Tsukimi at this point. LOL!
Purchased at Kamata Honten (Ishikari City).
