Evening drinks after a meeting with business associates.
I had been curious about "Moon after Rain" for a long time.
I had imagined it to be a full-bodied, robust, spicy wine, but
I had imagined it to be a full-bodied sake, but it was a well-balanced sake with a refreshingly crisp taste.
It is easy to drink, but also very satisfying, which I like very much!
The entrée was black oden and fried oysters.
I don't know if the oysters were from Hiroshima, but they were a perfect match.
This is the second drink of the lunch set.
This sake is even sweeter, fruity and easier to drink than the Winter Moon.
Details are hidden, so we don't know.
It's been a while since I've had an evening drink outside.
The lunch set is only available on weekends and holidays until 5pm and includes 2 glasses of sake (up to 630 yen) and 5 kinds of snacks.
I haven't checked in yet, but Kamishin is a sake brewery that was included in the set of the Oyama Bicchu Jizake Train online tour.
Fuyu no tsuki (winter moon), made with white peach yeast, is very sweet and easy to drink, although it doesn't have a white peach flavor, but the alcohol content is a bit high, so be careful.
