I am ashamed to admit that this is my first time to drink sparkling sake, even though I am a self-proclaimed rice wine fan.
It looks modern and not like Tazake.
The sparkling taste is stronger than expected.
The sweetness of Tasake is hard to detect, and the sharpness and cleanness are easy to understand.
This is perfect for hot summer.
My personal impression is that it is somehow a little difficult to pair with food, and I prefer it without bubbles.
However, if you have this and the Nebuta label side by side, your house will become a summer festival. The sense of the season is quite enjoyable!
