I've never tasted anything like it, not sure if I like it or not, but it's interesting. It doesn't have the aroma of regular ginjo sake, but instead has a dry, refreshing acidity and aroma that nothing else comes close to.
It's hard to describe, but it feels very soft. No strong sweetness.
It doesn't have strong acidity, strong aroma, or strong richness, but its softness seems to create a good overall sense of chill. It is not a high-impact sake, but I think I like it a lot.
I got it.
The YABE-YABE-YABE of the brewery I'm guessing (Ichibei) is very, very clean, easy to drink and tasty, but I'd like to try the Yamadanishiki of this one.
This is my impression of the other Yuki-No-Megami as well, but I think it's quite dry and refreshing for a sake degree of -2!
(I don't know how much of that can be attributed to the character of the rice when it is polished to this degree, though...)
