Tree leaf label
Easy to drink. When you drink it down, it has a spicy alcohol taste, but the aftertaste is sweet. As it says on the back label "Shokuchu-shu", it is a sake that you can finish in no time while eating.
HIBARI -Quick and Easy
Yamahai Junmai Ginjo
100% Akita Sake Komachi from Akita Prefecture.
It has a fresh taste. The aftertaste has a nice acidity that makes it drinkable like water. I remember the Maruhi I drank before was good, but I think I prefer this one.
Junmai Ginjo Between the Fire and the Moon Yamadanishiki
I liked it warmed up lukewarm. If you raise the temperature too high, the alcohol comes out in a rush and it's too much for me.
It's a good sake whether it's served hiya or warm.
I bought a bottle for heating. The specs are the same as the last time I drank it. If you want to drink it as a hiya, leave it for a few days to let it cool down, so you can drink it easily. I prefer it lukewarm because it becomes more alcoholic when it is heated.
Junmai Ginjo
I bought this when I bought Lapis. It's the same as the one I drank before, but it's the only one I could find and it's delicious, so I thought it was okay. I wanted to write other specs if possible...
Ryosuke
100% Yamada Nishiki, Polishing ratio 55%.
This is a leftover summer sake. There was one last bottle left, so I decided to buy it because I had never drunk Kaiun before.
It seems to be soft on the palate. A gentle tone? It's good to drink in this season.
Junmaidaiginjo Beauty Series
Yamada Nishiki 100% Polishing ratio: 50%.
I saw a picture of Kikuhime on Google map, so I went there and found Nanbu Bijin in the fridge. on prime video, so I wanted to drink Nanbu Bijin, but...
It was sweet and fruity. It's a good thing I was injured because I liked the taste.
Ruri2020 Ikkamoto Mokkoke Junmai
It took me 7 hours to get there and back, and I was curious about the words "the last brilliance of Miyamanishiki" on the back label, so I googled it, and it looks like the one they have now is the last lapis. According to the president's tweet, they'll have some left until next March.
I don't think I need to give my opinion on the taste, do I? My family and I emptied it in one day.
Shiboritate Junmai Ginjo Nama Starting Point
I went to the store to compare it with Morishima, but they were out of all the Morishima Yogo bottles, so I had no choice but to try this one.
It reminds me of the Morishima I drank in the past, so I feel like I'm drinking a Morishima, but with a more authentic taste. I wonder if older people will like this one. I prefer the Morishima one because I'm young (in my mind)!
It's very active. It's not the first time I've drunk this kind of beer, but I went crazy and stirred it before opening the bottle, which made it difficult to open.... Please put a warning on the bottle....
It has a strong rice-like flavor, but it's also refreshing. It's delicious, but it's a bit expensive at 500ml...
Ikarashi 65
Koji rice: Yamadanishiki 20%, Kake rice: Nikomaru (from Hirado) 80%.
It is the first Nagasaki. We found it on the way to Nagasaki. I don't feel it like a traditional sake, but it's not too spicy. There were many kinds of sake, so I want to try other ones.
Junmai Ginjo Hiyaoroshi
Because it is drunk right after the Ganki, it comes in quickly. This one is also very good. I think it's better not to heat this up.
Junmai Hiyaoroshi
It's easy to drink, though a little heavy-handed. It's getting cold, so I thought about heating it up, but I didn't end up doing it. I've been doing this a lot lately...
Junmai Hozo Nama
I went to this place with a lot of enthusiasm after reading about it on the internet, but they didn't have anything good... I had no choice but to buy Rokune. You can buy Rokune in my town....
It's not too spicy, but refreshing. You can drink it quickly. It's a good thing I got injured because it was quite tasty.
Aizan Ikaruga Junmai Unfiltered Raw Sake
It gives the same impression as written on the back label. The aftertaste isn't too sticky, so it's easy to drink. I was thinking of heating it up if it was heavier, but I drank it all cold. I liked this one a lot. It was well received by my family.
Junmai-non-filtered fire-retarded sake R2BY 8-ban Kuma
〜Gohyakumangoku version
The label is very cute and I was curious about this one. I saw it in the summer and was hesitant to buy it because the POP said it was suitable for heating sake, but I thought it would be cooler soon.
Contrary to the label? It has a strong taste. I drank all of it cold because it wasn't getting any cooler, so if there's any left, I'll buy a bottle for heated sake...
