Pink Label Ginjo Nama Sake At my favorite small liquor store. They were crying to me that they had no customers and were out of stock, so I asked them if I could buy some wine as a free gift. There was no room in the fridge for a bottle, so I kept it at room temperature, but I think it was fine for a week or so. The world is in trouble with the Ukrainian invasion in addition to the never-ending Corona, but if I could preserve the local liquor culture by buying from my local liquor store...

I like Manzaku no Hana, but I've never had Umakara Manzaku, so I bought this. But this is an extra edition. It's not a regular product, which is typical of me.... It's a sake with a sake content of +15, but I like sweet sake, so I can drink it with pleasure.

Namatani Junmai Genshu A sense of maturity and a honey-like sweetness. The taste is thick, so it's not easy to drink, but it's good. I think it would go well with lukewarmly heated Brie cheese. I haven't tried it yet.

Special Junmai Sake I went to a liquor store that I hadn't been to for a while and saw that they had it. I'd have passed it up if I hadn't remembered Ryoseki Shuzo when I saw that people who liked it said it was good... I quite like the taste. It exceeded my expectations. If Suidama is this good, how good can Hanamup be...?

Junmai Ginjo Miyamanishiki Shiboritate Nama Sake I can drink this endlessly. It has a slight grape flavor. I was so drunk that my head didn't work very well.

Junmai-shu NEWBORN I was surprised to find the bottle half-opened when I took off the metal clasp and took my eyes off the bottle. This is one of those bottles that you can drink endlessly. If I can't stop myself, I can finish the whole bottle in one sitting.

Junmai Daiginjo AK-1 <First time fire-retarded undiluted sake using rice grown by the brewer>. This is my first proper Hiraizumi. It's not as sweet as you might expect from Maruhi or Hiten. It's not so sweet, and it's easy to drink. I think I like it better after a few days than right after opening.

Junmai-Daiginjo AZOLLA50 It was prepared for the New Year from the memory that it was delicious when I drank it before. This is Matsunohji in the middle of a pine tree. If you drink it right after Hekihan, you will feel that it is dry and refreshing, but after a while you will feel the fruity taste. I think I should keep this too.

Hekihan Junmai Ginjo Genshu Unfiltered Honsei A Happy New Year to you. The first bottle of the new year is Hououmida. Houou is a good omen, isn't it! (Ignore the Chinese zodiac! It's sweeter than the Jyosu Mori we drank yesterday, and I prefer this one. I think this is also easy to match with meals.

Daiginjo Hiroshima Yeast The last one of this year. I went to a liquor store to buy something else, and without knowing anything about it, I came across this black Jyosu Mori. It's over 3,000 yen, but it's the end of the year, so I had to buy it! I bought it. When I paid the bill, the owner told me that this was not muddy, so I was a little upset. When I drank it, it was dry. I understood why he said it was easy to match with meals. I don't think you should buy this if you are looking for a white Jyosu Mori. It has been a difficult year, but I hope that next year will be a good year for everyone.

Mixseed Series Accords de Sake I heard that it got the first place in the world sake brewery ranking. I'm going to go out of my way to choose this red Hassen! It's a sake made for "Kimura-san around the world". I'm sorry I'm not Kimura. It's beautifully fizzy and fresh, but with a hint of maturity. The recommended temperature range is warmed sake, so it feels somewhat like Alpha 5 from Kaze no Mori.

BLOSSOM STRAWBERRY Looking at your post, it looks like you won't be offended if I give you a liqueur, so I'll post it. I bought this with high expectations because Umenoyado's Aragoshi Momo is very delicious. I don't really like strawberries myself, though. It has fermented milk in the ingredients so it tastes like strawberry yogurt. Be sure to stir it before drinking. I drank it without paying attention to it, and it was sloppy at the end (´ω・`).

ALPHA 8 The Power of the Earth I wanted to try this one because I knew it was made from brown rice. It has a very complex taste. The savory taste is very noticeable. I don't think it's particularly tasty, but it satisfies my desire to know what sake made with brown rice tastes like! It's a book that satisfies your desire for knowledge. If you just want to drink good sake, don't buy this. It's not that it's bad, though.

MM Spyder For the first time in years, I'm buying alcohol by mail order. It looks like an adult Mitsuya cider. It seems to go well with western food. It doesn't have the tingling feeling anymore on the third day after opening the bottle, so the first day might be the best.
