Junmai Tamago Sake Forgot to mention. It seemed to me like an elegant version of Advocaat, which I had bought a bottle of when I was a student, but with less of the strong alcohol taste and sweetness. As for the sweetness, I personally would have liked it to be sweeter, but I wonder if they kept it low because it would spoil the saké feel of the base...?

Junmai Daiginjo Kudokibe Jr.'s Ogawa Yeast -BEYOND-. I would like to drink it with good Japanese food, in spite of its price. It says that it does not aim to be "modern," but it does not taste old-fashioned. It is delicious.

Hitanishiki Junmai Ginjo Modern dry taste. Maybe because it was made in 22.3, you don't feel much fizz. It is not too dry and not too sweet, so you can drink it all the time.

Junmai-shu Unfiltered Nama-shu Akono-wing Lees entangled 2022 No. 2 of Finishing When I saw this at the store, I bought it because I remembered that a part-timer on Sakaelabo-chan had said it was delicious. The bottle was opened easily even though it says to be careful not to spurt. The supernatant is dry. I didn't want to spoil the fizz, so I gently stirred in the lees and it turned out sweet and delicious. The sweetness became more intense when I mixed it with a lot of lees because it had been a while since it was bottled. It was completely up to the individual, but it was a sake where the gradation of flavors could be enjoyed.

Junmai Ginjo Omachi I went to the store during the time between Sakura and Air and couldn't buy either, so I chose this one. I had a sense of adventure, thinking I could drink Akabu even though I am not a fan of Omachi. This one is easy to drink. It is refreshing.

Yamada Nishiki 807 As spring comes, I want to drink Kaze no Mori, so I bought it. I was surprised to find that Kaze no Mori tasted so hard. I thought it tasted like a hard rice. Is it because of the 80% rice polishing ratio? It is not so sweet, so it might be easy to drink with meals. I haven't had Kaze no Mori for a while, so I should drink more of it...

Junmai Nama-shu R3BY 13th Bear 〜Snow and Kelp - Gachi-nigori (nigori) I quickly opened the bottle because it looks like spring is already here. The cute label makes me want to buy it. When I drank only the supernatant, it tasted mild, but when I mixed it with the lees, it became tangy and active.

Junmai Ginjo-shu Nakadare I bought this bottle because I remembered that Mitsuhiro Oikawa said he liked Suminoe on "Laughing and Corralling" a long time ago. Beautiful acidity. It is very elegant. I can drink it without any accompaniment, but I would like to have it with sushi or some other nice Japanese food.
