I was looking for a sake that was recommended to me at a restaurant where I used to drink, and it was delicious. I found it at Jutoku Sake Shop in Suita City and bought it. The bottle was marked with a warning to be opened due to a bit of a dry spell, but I was able to open it without difficulty. The aroma was not so strong, but when you put it in your mouth, it tasted refreshing with a tangy, fermented taste. It is very easy to drink. The taste of the bitter part is very tangy and nice. It went down my throat pleasantly. It was delicious - there will be a repeat!

The first sake of the new year is Gichigi. I bought it at Ward's in Tsukaguchi at the end of the year for New Year's. I thought it might have a little bit of a peculiarity because it was an old sake from the 18th year, but it had none. I had it warmed, and the aroma while it was warming up was very promising. The flavor and acidity of the rice spread in the mouth in a well-balanced manner. It went well with the osechi dishes, and I couldn't help but pour more sake.

Purchased at the Hankyu Umeda Station Central Gate Event. I had it with cold sake. It has a very nice aroma. Take a sip and enjoy! The melon-like aroma spreads in the mouth and the taste is gentle. It was a little spicy and went down my throat. This is delicious. It is called junmai ginjo, but it is closer to daiginjo. This time we had it in a pot, but I would like to try it with sashimi.

I bought it at Ward's in Tsukaguchi to go to a drinking party with friends. It was served cold (room temperature). It has a mild and fluffy flavor and the sweetness of the sake spreads in the mouth, and it goes down smoothly. It is delicious! It is very smooth to drink and you can't stop drinking it. Today, I had it with a little bit of luxurious crab.

At Nakamura Sake Shop in Mukonoso. I bought it because it suddenly got cold and I wanted to drink it hot. It is a little sweet, but the rice flavor is delicious on the palate. It feels a little sweet, but the umami of the rice spreads to the palate and is delicious. It does not interfere with meals and is perfect as an in-between-dinner drink. We had it with sashimi and simmered dishes. It was delicious!

The third drink of the day. My favorite Houou Mita, partly due to my mom's recommendation. This is my first time drinking Hatsushibori, and it is fruity like muscat. It is light but has a strong aroma and is delicious as always. That's all for today...

I went to Ward's, my usual place for heated sake. I went to Ward's, which I always go to, to buy a bottle of gyozake, which I had wanted to try. They had some old sake, but I thought it was a bit peculiar, so I went with this one. I started with it cold. It was full, aromatic, and a little thick. Then we tried it warmed. The aroma and flavor of the sake spread quickly in the mouth, and I gulped it down. Delicious. This sake is perfect for warming up.

Purchased at Fukuchiya on the way back from a visit to Onsen town. The bottle was full and aromatic right after opening, with a pungent, slightly bitter taste that bothered me a little. After 3 days, the fullness remained and it became mellow. After 3 days, it was mellow and the bitterness was gone. In my opinion, I prefer it after 2 or 3 days.

I found my favorite liquor store. I love Bon. I bought it immediately. I went home and drank it for dinner. I had it cold. When I opened the bottle, it had a nice aroma. It was mild and a little sweet in the mouth, but the spiciness came in later and it was very smooth. This is delicious. My wife said she would not drink it today because she was not feeling well, but she took a sip and drank it because it tasted so good. I want to drink it again this season.

中村酒店で購入。 開栓、フル−ティな香り。一口のんでバナナを思わせる感じ。飲みやすく、キレも良く、スイスイ喉を通りました。美味しいお酒です。肴はうなぎの蒲焼き、サラダ等で頂きました。美味しかった～。また、頂きます。

Bought this sake last week. I had it cold. It has a nice aroma when poured into a glass! It is full-bodied, delicious, and has a nice sharpness to it. It is a well-balanced sake. My wife, who rarely says it's good, says it's delicious 😄. It went perfectly with white sashimi and octopus.
