Purchased at Ward's Sake Shop. It has been a long time since I have had a Bon. The aroma that fills your mouth when you take a sip is very nice. It is easy to drink with a delicious flavor and it finishes well. Bon is delicious after all. Today we had it with seared sea bream we found at a fish shop. Both were delicious.

Purchased at Imanaka Sake Shop. The aroma is subdued, but the flavor of rice spreads in the mouth, giving it a full flavor. The bitterness is a little bit annoying, but it has a nice sharpness and goes down your throat easily. It is delicious. I think I will try the modern version next time.

I was able to purchase it again this year. I look forward to this sake every year. It has a green apple type, slightly spicy and sharp taste on the palate. There is ori, but when you drink the supernatant, there is a little bitterness afterwards. When the top clear layer is drunk, the bitterness disappears and is replaced by a delicious flavor. It was possible to taste it twice. It is refreshing and delicious. I wonder if I can drink it again next year!

Purchased at the Yamano Sake Brewery Sake Festival. I bought it because I had the impression that it was delicious after drinking it that day (laugh). This is the first Kata no Sakura. When the bottle was opened, the aroma was not so strong, but as soon as you put it in your mouth, the aroma of rice spread out and it was very smooth and easy to drink. It is also full-bodied, delicious, and easy to drink. Another delicious sake found in Osaka. It is a sake that is rarely found in the Kansai region. I would like to repeat this sake again. We had it with simmered vegetables and carpaccio. It was delicious.

Purchased with Tenbi at Imanaka Sake Shop. When the bottle is opened, the aroma is strong. When you put it in your mouth, the aroma of rice and ginjo aroma spreads. It is extremely delicious. This is my favorite type. It is delicious. I think it is my favorite among all the Yokoyama. We had it today with hand-rolled sushi at my grandson's house during GW.

Purchased at Imanaka Sake Shop. The first Tenbi. It has a nice aroma when poured into a glass. When you put it in your mouth, it has a delicious flavor and is easy to drink. I can drink as many glasses as I want. It is delicious! We had it with grilled amago and goya chanpuru. It was a big hit with my wife and daughter. It was gone in no time at all.

A limited edition brewery-built sake purchased at the Okutamba Sake Festival. The aroma is subdued. When you put it in your mouth, the crispness and aroma of Omachi rice spreads, and it finishes quickly. It is delicious with a slight spiciness. 500ml, so I finished it today.

At a product exhibition in Hankyu Umeda Station. Sake from Chiba Prefecture? I didn't have an image of the sake, so I discussed my taste with the clerk and decided to buy it. The aroma was quite nice as I poured it into a sake cup. It was full and sweet on the palate, but a little dry after that. It was a little spicy after a while. It is slightly sparkling and has a little bit of a "squishy" feel to it. I like this type. I had it with simmered and grilled fish. It was my first time to drink Chiba sake, but it is delicious.

I went to the sake festival in Fushimi, Kyoto and bought it at the brewery. It has a nice aroma with a bit of a sweetness from the sake's corkage. When you put it in your mouth, you can feel the clear flavor of sake spreading in your mouth, and it is very refreshing. It is delicious. I had it with fried chicken with leeks and salt. I guess this sake is only available at the opening of the brewery. I wonder if I will be able to drink it until next year. I would like to repeat this sake.

We had it at a New Year's party with volunteers. It was the first time for me to drink Yamama (YANMA) and I read it as "YANMA-MAMA" ^^^; It was aromatic, fruity, and easy to drink. I drank it at the end of a potluck, but ended up having another glass. I would like to drink it again.

I was looking for a sake that was recommended to me at a restaurant where I used to drink, and it was delicious. I found it at Jutoku Sake Shop in Suita City and bought it. The bottle was marked with a warning to be opened due to a bit of a dry spell, but I was able to open it without difficulty. The aroma was not so strong, but when you put it in your mouth, it tasted refreshing with a tangy, fermented taste. It is very easy to drink. The taste of the bitter part is very tangy and nice. It went down my throat pleasantly. It was delicious - there will be a repeat!

The first sake of the new year is Gichigi. I bought it at Ward's in Tsukaguchi at the end of the year for New Year's. I thought it might have a little bit of a peculiarity because it was an old sake from the 18th year, but it had none. I had it warmed, and the aroma while it was warming up was very promising. The flavor and acidity of the rice spread in the mouth in a well-balanced manner. It went well with the osechi dishes, and I couldn't help but pour more sake.

Purchased at the Hankyu Umeda Station Central Gate Event. I had it with cold sake. It has a very nice aroma. Take a sip and enjoy! The melon-like aroma spreads in the mouth and the taste is gentle. It was a little spicy and went down my throat. This is delicious. It is called junmai ginjo, but it is closer to daiginjo. This time we had it in a pot, but I would like to try it with sashimi.
