Third drink of the day. My first Garden no Uguisu. This is also an easy-to-drink sake with a nice aroma and is a bit spicy, light and refreshing. This is my favorite type. It was my favorite of all the sakes I drank today.
Second cup. I chose Katano Sakura. It is slightly spicy, acidic, and sharp, just like Katano Sakura. It is a delicious sake. It is also delicious, but I prefer Katano Sakura Yamahai.
Volunteer drinking party. First drink of the day.
I found it on the local sake menu. I had wanted to try it, so I ordered it. It has a strong aroma, a little dry, sour and refreshing. It is a little bitter.
I bought it at a liquor store when I heard that Toyo Bijin had released a new Bessen. It is full, fragrant, and easy to drink. It is a little sweet, sour and bitter, but well balanced. As expected of Toyo Bijin. The price is reasonable for such a good taste. I am grateful for this. I have more sake to repeat.
This sake was recommended to me at a liquor store and I was curious about it. I bought it this time. When I opened the bottle, I felt a pop of gas. It is fragrant, fruity, and dry. It is a little thick but has a nice sharpness. This is the first time I have had Kagoshima sake, and I have to say it is excellent. It was delicious.
I will repeat again.
The second cup was Nabeshima Choice. This was the first time for me to drink Kitashizuku. It was a little gassy and had a nice aroma and was very refreshing. It is easy to drink with a good taste of rice on the palate. It also has a nice sharpness. Nabeshima is delicious after all.
I found Hanamup in the local sake of the day. I ordered it without hesitation. It is aromatic, fresh, and fruity. It has a delicious sweetness. Today we had it with a firefly squid hot pot (only available this time of year, apparently).
Purchased at the Yamana Sake Brewery Festival. It is dry, aromatic, sharp and delicious. It is a sake that goes well with Japanese food. I wonder if I will be able to find it again next year!
Purchased at the Yamana Sake Brewery Festival. It was sold out last year, but I was able to buy it this year. The aroma is very nice, but not too strong. This is very promising. Take a sip and enjoy! It's a little spicy and refreshing, like a white wine. It was just as I expected. You can drink it easily without any accompaniment. This is delicious. I hope I can buy it again next year.
Hello 😃
I bought mine last year. They had a few online last year.
It was nicer and drier than the usual Okutanba.
I would love to go to the warehouse festival sometime!
Hi Ane😊
I see you sold them online. Last year they sold out early, but this year they sold more than last year 😄✨Please go to the warehouse festival. It's quite a nice atmosphere 😄✨
I went to the Hakusetsu Sake Festival and tasted it in front of the direct sales store and bought it because it was delicious. I didn't have a good image of Laematsu, but after drinking it, my image changed. It is a refreshing and fruity sake with a nice aftertaste. It has a nice aftertaste. The cost is very reasonable. I will repeat this product.
Purchased at the Hankyu Umeda station.
The aroma is not so strong, but it is fruity and easy to drink. It has a refreshing green apple flavor. It was my first time to drink Miyazumi, but it is easy to drink and delicious. It is a good sake for a mealtime drink. My wife and I drank the whole bottle together (laugh).
The third cup, the first Meikyo Jyosui. Mellow and easy to drink. It has the umami of rice and is also very sharp. There is a bit of bitterness afterwards, but it is light and refreshing. It is also perfect as a food sake and is delicious.
We met for drinks for the first time in 30 years at a tavern we sometimes visit. This is the first sake. It has a mellow aroma, a clean mouthfeel, and a nice aftertaste. This is one of my favorites.
We had this sake at a sake festival. The toji himself was involved from the raw material rice to the brewing of this sake. It's a wonderful product. It tastes really good. It's as good as you'd expect. I wanted to buy some, but unfortunately it was not on sale that day. I would like to drink it again if I have a chance.
Rice wine, which I could not find in the market. It is full and easy to drink. It may seem sweet, but when it goes down your throat, it is a bit dry. It goes well with all kinds of food. Today I had it with fried oysters and fish I caught yesterday.
It was delicious!
Purchased at Imanaka Sake Shop. This is a nama-zake available at Banshu Issen at this time of the year. When the bottle is opened, it makes a nice popping sound. The aroma is not much, but it smells like melon. It is medium-bodied in the mouth. It has the umami of rice. After a little while, the spiciness comes and it goes down your throat in a dry taste. I drank it with motsu nabe (a hot pot of fish and vegetables), but I felt it didn't go well with it. But when I drank it with some salted squid that was on the side, it went very well with it (laugh).
It was delicious again today.
Purchased at Nakamura Sake Shop. I was able to buy it again this year. The aroma is not so strong. It has a green apple flavor and is refreshing. It was so refreshing that it disappeared in my mouth. I can't stop eating more. We had it with grilled swordfish and sauteed oysters. It was delicious.
I went to the Kikumasamune Storehouse Opening. I thought there would be a lot of people, but the entrance was well regulated and I was able to enter without crowding. I received a seal and entered. At the entrance, we were served sake (freshly brewed shiboritate), which was already delicious. I bought a ticket and was given a comparison of the Hyakumoku series, which I had not had yet.
The Daiginjo and Ginjo were full, tasty, and easy to drink. Alt 3 is a blend of the two, so it has a nice aroma and the rice flavor is delicious. Cecillion is sweet, full and easy to drink. I enjoyed all of them. I look forward to drinking them again next year.
