Don't Stop Noto's Sake! This is the sake I applied for at When the bottle is opened, it makes a nice popping sound. It has a nice aroma and a shwashy feeling. When you drink it, the aroma spreads in your mouth and it is delicious. It has a nice sharpness and I couldn't stop drinking it.
Sake from Noto is delicious. I know it must be hard work, but please keep making sake.
